Tara Davoren
Tara founded Imagine Experiences in 2014 when she saw a need in the network for professional event services. Since then her passion and dedication has seen the business grow to become one of the premier event companies in Australia.
Tara loves working with clients to take their dream event from vision to reality. You won’t have trouble finding Tara in a crowd, with her vibrant wardrobe and rosé in hand, she loves meeting new people and making sure everyone leaves happier than when they arrived. When she’s not busy planning memorable events, Tara loves getting out & about, being active, travelling and spending time with family including her Boxer dog, Roxy.
Amy Dimech
Amy is our Event Executive with a passion for helping people. Her friendly nature is matched only by her attention to detail and initiative.
With an emphasis on excellence, Amy is a team player and multi-tasking legend. She’s able to manage multiple projects and does it all with a smile. Amy’s strong family values are evident in everything she does and you’ll often see her husband Tim and two sons, Zac and Ben, helping out at an event proudly wearing their IE branding. In her spare time, Amy loves a creative project. From candle making to scrapbooking, she’s always working on something special.
Amy isn’t opposed to a Pina Colada or Moscato but when it comes to food she doesn’t like anything spicier than ice cream.
Silvana Boulas
Silvana is a bright and spirited professional making her mark in the vibrant world of events. With a background in hospitality and experience working at some of the Gold Coast’s most prestigious properties, she brings a wealth of knowledge and an unwavering commitment to exceptional service.
Her passion for creating memorable moments shines through in everything she does – whether she’s coordinating an intimate gathering or supporting large-scale celebrations. Known for her warm smile, creative flair, and can-do attitude, Silvana thrives on building meaningful connections and delivering unforgettable experiences. Friendly, driven, and always ready to go the extra mile.
Dominique Carroll
Dominique, or Dom as she is more affectionately known, brings her happy personality and energy to the team two days a week. Dom joined the IE team as an event co-ordinator in 2022 and provides extensive event and administrative support to the team as well as our clients. An avid traveller, she and her husband Jim spent 5 months living in a van while they travelled around Europe, as you do. More recently it has been less about coffee in Europe and more about spending time with her beautiful two young daughters. In her spare time you will find her at the beach in Bondi, if she doesn’t have a coffee in one hand she will have a spicy margarita in the other.
Jasmine Revfeim
Jasmine is no stranger to the fast-paced world of events. Known for her attention to detail and can-do attitude, she loves working behind the scenes to create memorable experiences — always bringing high energy and a warm smile.
Based on the Sunshine Coast, Jasmine values balance in her downtime. You’ll find her outdoors staying active with her young family, or indoors happily absorbed in a puzzle.
Her drink of choice? While most reach for coffee or cocktails, she’ll opt for a decaf or a fresh squeezed juice — proof you don’t need a buzz to get things done.
Simone Rodgers
With years of experience in the events industry and a strong background working across some of the Gold Coast’s most iconic venues, Simone brings a wealth of knowledge and an eye for detail to every event. Known for her meticulous planning (and love of a good checklist), Simone thrives on bringing events to life and ensuring every element runs seamlessly. She’s passionate about exceeding client expectations and nothing makes her happier than glowing feedback from guests. Outside of work, you’ll find Simone chasing sunshine at the beach with her energetic labradoodle Bowie or enjoying live music, G&T in hand!
Ally Pearce
Ally is a self-confessed process queen, bringing next-level organisation, razor-sharp attention to detail and a whole lot of heart to the Imagine Experiences team. With a background in renowned venues across the Gold Coast, Ally knows exactly what exceptional service looks like and how to deliver it flawlessly.
She’s known for earning the trust and respect of clients through her calm, reliable approach and genuine care, making sure every detail is not just covered, but considered. From behind-the-scenes logistics to the finishing touches that elevate an experience, Ally thrives on making everything run seamlessly.
Gold Coast based, Ally fuels her days with vanilla lattes, celebrates wins with margaritas, and shares her downtime with her cat, George.
